Light half of the year: (approx. Jan 20-Feb 18) Burn during the airy, fixed winter lunation while the sun crosses Aquarius. The dark moon (conjunct) will ebb in Aquarius, and the full “Quickening Moon” (opposition) will peak in fiery Leo.

Dark half of the year: (approx. July 23-August 22) Burn again during the fiery, fixed summer lunation while the sun crosses Leo. The dark moon (conjunct) will ebb in Leo and full “Corn Moon” (opposition) will peak in Aquarius.

Spell intentions: Great for magick of pleasure, creativity, expression, drama, loyalty, courage, leadership, genius, idealism, freedom, humanitarianism, progress and higher aspirations.
